Mind Play - Does it get any better than this?

Mind play is fascinating, erotic and can be so much damn fun!! It can be integrated into any scene, used in endless manners and at varying degrees.
According to Taormino Tristan in "The Ultimate Guide to Kink: BDSM, Role Play, and the Erotic Edge" ; there are 3 types of Mind Fucks (I subscribe to his thoughts on the subject).
